Frequently asked questions

Before requesting a quote

What does the budget depend on?

On the event format (venue, duration, number of players and spectators) and the services you choose. The quote is built from your brief, at the scoping stage.

What lead time should I plan for?

It depends on your target date, the scale of the set-up and the availability of the venue and suppliers. Get in touch as soon as a date takes shape: we set the preparation schedule together at the scoping stage.

What should I prepare before our first conversation?

Your objectives, the date or period you have in mind, the venue if you know it, the expected audience and an idea of budget. A short brief is enough: we work out the rest together.

What happens after the event?

The project is wrapped up with your dedicated point of contact, based on the indicators agreed at the scoping stage. The highlights captured can then be published on your channels with Gamius Digital.
